Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Python backend services and APIs using REST and GraphQL.
- Integrate internal and external APIs to support reliable platform data flows.
- Develop and maintain user-facing web and mobile applications with Vue or Nuxt, TypeScript, and responsive UI frameworks.
- Own features end to end from ideation through production, ensuring frontend and backend integration, testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of backend processes and distributed systems under high traffic.
- Contribute to containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, QA, data teams, and engineers to deliver user-oriented solutions.
- Use AI tools to plan, build, test, and document software while applying sound engineering judgment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable, reliable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
- Strong proficiency in API development and integration with Python as the primary language, including REST and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, and frameworks such as Vue or Nuxt.
- Experience with responsive frameworks such as Tailwind and familiarity with UI animations and transitions.
- Practical understanding of distributed systems and high-volume workloads.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployment is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Professional fluency in English and comfort working with designers, product managers, QA, and fellow engineers.
- Go experience is a plus.
