Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, applications development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business and user needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide user and operational support for applications and consult with business users, clients, and technology groups.
- Analyze complex application development problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop security measures through post-implementation analysis of business usage and support successful system functionality.
- Install and assist customer exposure systems while ensuring required procedures, operating standards, and processes are followed.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while supporting compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques or methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
