Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Intelligent Tooling and Enablement Team.
- Deliver high-quality code focusing on performance and maintainability.
- Identify common themes in projects and create frameworks for faster development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to determine tooling investment needs.
- Triaging user feedback and bugs.
- Engage with the open-source community.
- Build reliable core service libraries for feature teams.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining shared libraries, especially open-source libraries.
- Experience with container-based workflows and services, particularly Kubernetes.
- Experience building production monitoring for service and website health.
- Proficiency in Golang, which is extensively used by the Dev Tooling team.
- Familiarity with Typescript, Python, and Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies like LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of development workflows including planning, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Experience with cloud environments and AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of connecting AI systems with enterprise data sources.
