Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high-level design for multiple features with senior team members and technical leaders.
  • Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications and services.
  • Drive developer-owned quality across the team and maintain overall product quality.
  • Debug and resolve customer-reported issues with effective solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and other operational activities to support service reliability.
  • Learn, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into the team’s workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience building and delivering new services or features in a fast-paced product environment using AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on professional development and debugging experience in an object-oriented language such as Go, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with Agile environments, CI/CD, and iterative development practices.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design, and modern distributed systems.
  • Strong focus on software quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Preferred: experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, AWS Neptune, or Apache AGE, or with building knowledge graphs for data objects or entities.
  • Preferred: strong communication, cross-team collaboration, adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
