$130k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
- Configure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Innovation Management modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Design and implement integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications using REST and SOAP.
- Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio management insights.
- Optimize project lifecycle management, governance, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and implementation best-practice efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Expertise in Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Innovation Management.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data modeling.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting, App Engine Studio, Automation Engine, AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features.
- Preferred exposure to Azure or AWS and experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
