Responsibilities
- Lead and define the overall architecture and cloud strategy for major client accounts.
- Engage confidently with C-level executives to align their strategic objectives with Celonis' technical strategy.
- Drive innovation by architecting solutions that leverage emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
- Act as a liaison between product and engineering teams and client teams to provide optimal technical services.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of customer installations in the region.
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales phases, collaborating with customer architecture and security teams.
- Coach Celonis consulting teams and partners on technical implementation issues.
- Develop reusable assets for consulting teams on projects.
- Create customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations.
- Design technical presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in software architecture or enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
- Strong background in data architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with data-related programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and creativity skills.
- Ability to switch between technical architecture discussions and hands-on coding.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
