Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs.
- Integrate applications with various systems in alignment with product and platform development strategy.
- Estimate and manage technical efforts, work breakdown structures, risks, and solutions.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders while managing expectations and resolving problems.
- Refine development and engineering methodologies and standards, anticipate issues, and lead resolution efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related BE/B.Tech program.
- 5–10 years of overall professional experience.
- Full-stack application development experience with .NET, C#, SQL databases, and TypeScript-based UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Entra ID, and Azure AI Foundry services.
- Experience with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git or TFVC, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions for code and infrastructure CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Generative AI application development experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of large language models, RAG techniques, classical AI/ML, AI agents, agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Strong learning, communication, analytical, collaboration, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Neo4j, M365 Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification.
