Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions with minimal supervision.
- Design, code, review, optimize, and maintain front-end, back-end, and distributed software components.
- Apply architectural patterns, design standards, domain-driven design, and distributed-systems principles.
- Develop scalable web applications and APIs using RESTful services and gRPC.
- Drive DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment, monitoring, and operational practices.
- Embed security, reliability, scalability, performance, observability, and secure coding controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design automated unit, integration, and broader testing strategies in collaboration with engineering and QA.
- Serve as a technical bridge across engineering, QA, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, technical decision-making, and high-quality product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Angular, Java, and Spring Boot, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Python or Golang, microservices, web components, micro front-end architecture, responsive UI development, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing APIs and scalable web applications using gRPC and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, Go testing, Testify, or comparable automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build and release processes.
- Knowledge of data architecture, Linux, networking, scripting, debugging, performance troubleshooting, observability, monitoring, logging, reliability engineering, application security, and software quality assurance.
- Experience with Git-based version control, Agile development, test-driven development, pair programming, code reviews, and JIRA.
- Preferred qualifications include Grafana, UML and software design modeling, event-driven and real-time or stream-processing systems, data and ML/AI platforms, UX/UI principles, public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and AI-powered development tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, decision-making, commercial awareness, and experience working in international, multicultural, matrixed, and cross-functional environments.
