Responsibilities
- Customize and implement workflows in BMC Helix and ITSM Suite using Developer Studio.
- Design and execute integrations using APIs, iPass, and web services.
- Configure and optimize Remedy Server in a server-group environment, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Gather requirements and propose architecture for integrations involving SRM, Knowledge Management, and Atrium CMDB.
- Maintain customer interaction, address concerns, and provide effective communication and support.
- Configure and work with BMC Helix Deployment Manager and troubleshoot BMC Remedy AR Server issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in BMC Remedy.
- Implementation experience with BMC Helix, ITSM Suite, SLM, Remedy Migrator, web services, and APIs.
- Experience with plug-ins, Remedy Developer, Innovation Studio, and Helix Dashboard reporting.
- Experience with iPass and Webhooks.
- Knowledge of SRM, Knowledge Management, and Atrium CMDB.
- Experience customizing Remedy workflows using Developer Studio.
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Experience proposing and implementing architecture for custom integrations.
- Experience configuring and working in a Remedy Server-group environment.
- Experience with the overlay concept, BMC Helix Deployment Manager, ITSM integrations with other Remedy systems, and web service integrations.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues.
- Strong customer interaction skills.
