Base Salary
$136k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess technical feasibility and development effort for business specifications.
- Participate in application design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, implementation, and technical documentation.
- Ensure application availability, speed, security, and scalability.
- Use Azure DevOps burndowns, cycle-time reports, and velocity reports to measure and improve IT performance.
- Provide technical solutions that address customer needs and business objectives using Azure DevOps and Power BI.
- Lead customer-focused Agile transformation initiatives in support of senior leadership.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business analysts, database administrators, and QA teams.
- Analyze application data and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve reported software issues and system-change requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in the job offered, as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role.
- Required experience with .NET Core, Java/J2EE, REST API, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
- Travel to other BHHC offices in the United States is required.
