Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven applications using .NET Core or Spring Boot.
- Build responsive front-end applications using Angular or React.
- Configure and support workplace platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA and similar IWMS systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development.
- Strong expertise with Spring, .NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience supporting Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Space Management, Occupancy Planning, or Workplace Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Unix/PowerShell, UI testing, and Informatica basics.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Awareness of AI or GenAI use cases in analytics or automation.
- A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA, or a similar process improvement methodology is preferred.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
