Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven applications using .NET Core or Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive front-end applications using Angular or React.
  • Configure and support workplace platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA and similar IWMS systems.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile teams.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development.
  • Strong expertise with Spring, .NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience supporting Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Space Management, Occupancy Planning, or Workplace Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Unix/PowerShell, UI testing, and Informatica basics.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Awareness of AI or GenAI use cases in analytics or automation.
  • A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA, or a similar process improvement methodology is preferred.
  • Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
