Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, and real-time digital experiences.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on full-stack development using React, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, C#, SignalR, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Design responsive, scalable web applications and reusable UI frameworks, shared component libraries, and frontend design patterns.
- Develop real-time dashboards, workflows, data visualizations, and interactive user experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Architect RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and microservices-based application platforms.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, API security, session management, logging, observability, monitoring, resiliency, and error handling.
- Design and optimize backend processing, database interactions, and distributed application workflows.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party platforms, and data platforms.
- Support high-availability and scalable distributed application architectures.
- Prepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, monitoring and logging documentation, and application support documentation.
- Provide weekly status reports and participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of full-stack application development experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing and automotive industry solutions.
- Strong expertise with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for enterprise applications.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures.
- Experience building real-time web applications, live dashboards, notifications, and event-driven user experiences.
- Expertise with SignalR, WebSockets, or similar real-time communication frameworks.
- Experience architecting scalable frontend frameworks and reusable UI component libraries.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, responsive design, application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native development, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
