Responsibilities
- Partner with clients across regions and industries to design, build, and deploy AI solutions.
- Apply software development practices to create robust and maintainable software.
- Optimize algorithmic and software computational efficiency.
- Guide consultants and non-technical teams on software development best practices.
- Manage client engagements, relationships, projects, and teams.
- Lead engineers and data scientists building new products and solutions.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations.
- Help shape BCG X strategy and contribute to growth and business development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience providing AI software solutions.
- Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional accomplishment and leadership record.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and teams.
- Proven ability to drive topics and make a commercial impact.
- Strong technical, strategic, analytical, persuasion, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in at least one coding language, including Python.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Willingness and ability to travel based on client and business needs.
