Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of Pega applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and technical liaison for application-related activities.
- Lead planning and execution of application development work to meet project goals.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and requirements.
- Provide solutions to technical problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues within the Pega environment and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing Pega applications for business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs for connecting Pega applications with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform performance tuning in the Pega environment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
