Base Salary

$126k - $167k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement tracking algorithms for air and missile threats, including multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination.
Develop high-performance real-time software that processes radar sensor data and maintains tracks on dozens to hundreds of simultaneous targets.
Build and use modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance and quantify system capabilities.
Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems.
Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments.
Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, program leadership, and customers.
Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to support successful deployment and operational effectiveness.

At least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
A solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Experience with tracking, estimation, or filtering algorithms such as Kalman filters, particle filters, and multiple hypothesis tracking is desired.
Background in controls, estimation theory, or digital signal processing is desired.
Familiarity with radar systems, sensor fusion, high-performance computing, machine learning, databases, web development, and modeling and simulation tools is desired.
Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance is desired.
