Base Salary

$126k - $167k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination algorithms for air and missile threats.
Develop real-time software that processes radar sensor data and maintains tracks on dozens to hundreds of simultaneous targets.
Build and use modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance and identify improvements.
Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems.
Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments.
Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, program leadership, and customers.
Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests.

At least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Desired qualifications include experience with tracking, estimation, filtering, controls, digital signal processing, radar, sensor fusion, high-performance computing, machine learning, databases, web development, and modeling and simulation tools.
Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance is desired.
