Responsibilities
- Initiate and improve application security processes, tools, and documentation.
- Identify security design gaps in architectures, services, and products.
- Evaluate architecture, design, and code to identify and resolve vulnerabilities and security risks.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to prioritize application security issues and implement security best practices and frameworks.
- Assist with identifying and responding to security issues in Riskified’s environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on application security experience.
- Experience with security design and code reviews, threat modeling, and customizing application security solutions.
- Strong understanding of common security attacks and their remediation.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-based security solutions.
- Experience with security design reviews and security testing for AI systems, LLM-based applications, and AI agents.
- Programming experience with Ruby, Scala, Python, or JavaScript is advantageous.
- Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture, web technologies, and APIs is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and product management and explain complex security problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
