Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and performant native iOS user interfaces using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Collaborate on APIs supporting mobile applications using Python and Backend-for-Frontend architectures.
- Partner with architects and mobile developers and contribute to Architectural Decision Records.
- Mentor engineers through technical deep-dives, design reviews, and code walkthroughs.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, test strategies, build automation, observability, performance, and system health.
- Apply component-based architecture, reusable components, separation of concerns, modern Swift concurrency, and C++ interoperability.
- Promote iterative delivery, trunk-based development, pairing, shared quality ownership, test-driven development, automated deployments, resilience, and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on native iOS application development.
- Experience building component-based architectures and advancing early-stage iOS applications from concept to production.
- Experience with unit testing and quality practices using tools such as XCTest, Swift Testing, XCUITest, or Espresso.
- Experience implementing observability standards and production-readiness monitoring using tools such as Datadog or Splunk.
- Understanding of Backend-for-Frontend patterns and secure API design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments, GitHub Actions, deployment pipelines, and version-control workflows.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS and basic containerization knowledge using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong attention to user experience, design execution, clean code, and maintainability.
