Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve patient-facing iOS experiences used during ERP therapy.
- Develop clinician tools and in-session features supporting patient care.
- Build and optimize real-time video and communication experiences.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs using Python and TypeScript.
- Work with AWS services supporting mobile applications and backend infrastructure.
- Improve application performance, reliability, architecture, testing, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to solve user problems.
- Help establish mobile and full-stack engineering practices, patterns, and code quality.
- Take features from concept through production independently.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Proven experience shipping and maintaining production iOS applications.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and deep hands-on experience with SwiftUI.
- Experience with modern concurrency patterns including async/await and Combine.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance, testing, and release practices.
- Professional backend development experience using Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and working across frontend/backend boundaries.
- Working experience with AWS and cloud-based application architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: healthcare, digital health, or HIPAA-compliant feature experience.
- Preferred: experience with AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, or similar services.
- Preferred: microservices or event-driven architecture experience.
- Preferred: startup experience, Objective-C, and contributions to CI/CD, developer tooling, or infrastructure.
