Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable C# .NET backend services and RESTful APIs for the global Private Dining platform.
- Lead projects from technical planning and architectural design through production deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers across international offices.
- Apply Test-Driven Development, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and clean-code practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize distributed microservices for reliability and performance.
- Respond to operational incidents and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience building and scaling high-volume RESTful APIs and distributed, event-driven microservices.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, SOLID, Test-Driven Development, and dependency injection.
- Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience leading technical planning and delivering features through full-lifecycle production pipelines.
- Preferred: Java backend or full-stack development experience.
- Preferred: AI Spec-Driven Development experience.
- Preferred: Python or big-data framework experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or Apache Airflow.
- Preferred: system-performance monitoring, operational incident triage, telemetry, or log-management experience.
- Preferred: experience with distributed international teams and continuous-integration tools such as TeamCity or modern cloud delivery pipelines.
