Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer to establish the platform's foundational infrastructure
- Build across frontend and backend systems as a generalist engineer
- Develop and improve Texture's developer platform
- Integrate diverse technologies and systems to solve platform problems
- Research and stay current with new technologies and engineering methods
Requirements
- At least five years of engineering experience working across the stack
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant field
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Experience working across a wide variety of technologies and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Startup experience is a bonus
