Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design applications in accordance with the overall architecture blueprint and establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Develop and apply knowledge of how architecture, infrastructure, and business areas integrate to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze issues, define innovative solutions, assess business risk, and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
Requirements
- Require 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Require strong proficiency in Python, Java or C++, and SQL.
- Require hands-on experience developing models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Require experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services such as REST and GraphQL.
- Require knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and data-centric libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
- Require experience with NLP libraries or toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Require experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI and familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML services such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML is highly valued.
- Require proficiency with Git and collaborative development platforms such as GitHub.
- Prefer experience with Django or Flask, Apache Spark, cloud-native AI/ML services, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
- Require a bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Require understanding of model-performance evaluation metrics and techniques, including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC analysis.

- Salary range is $113,840 to $170,760, excluding potential incentive and retention awards.
