Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI assistant solutions.
- Architect end-to-end AI systems using Python machine learning workflows and Java enterprise backend services.
- Develop, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language models using parameter-efficient and full fine-tuning techniques.
- Build agentic systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities and production-ready RAG solutions.
- Own AI model and service deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and automated release practices.
- Design efficient SQL and NoSQL data storage, retrieval, and management strategies.
- Manage application development teams, perform personnel duties, and provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
- Establish engineering best practices, architectural patterns, tooling standards, observability practices, and cost-efficiency measures.
- Ensure adherence to ethical AI, data privacy, compliance, and enterprise security standards.
Requirements
- Expert Python proficiency for AI/ML development, including Pandas and NumPy, and strong Java proficiency for enterprise application development.
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI assistant tools, LLMs, fine-tuning, model optimization, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, distributed training, NLP, transfer learning, and advanced learning paradigms.
- Familiarity with LoRA, QLoRA, Adapter/Prefix Tuning, instruction tuning, DeepSpeed, vLLM, GPTQ, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and application integration.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and production monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Understanding of AI compliance, guardrails, Responsible AI practices, and enterprise security standards.
- 5-8 years of experience in a product development or product management environment, with experience leading infrastructure programs and large culture change preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and third-party service provider management skills.
- Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
