Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems through analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design and develop applications and machine learning models while adhering to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Design, build, and consume APIs and web services and support cloud-native application deployment.
- Analyze data, build language-aware applications, evaluate model performance, and create data visualizations and dashboards.
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess and manage business, regulatory, compliance, and technology risks.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java or C++, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience developing models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services such as REST or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Django or Flask is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using Pandas and NumPy for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Apache Spark is a plus.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI.
- Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML is highly valued.
- Experience with NLP libraries and toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development platforms such as GitHub.
- Understanding of model-performance metrics and techniques including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC analysis.

- Salary range is $113,840–$170,760, with potential eligible incentive and retention awards.
