Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and monitor metrics to support the operations and availability of team artifacts.
- Engage in growth and development activities, including participation in the interview process.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficient in Python or Kotlin for backend system development.
- Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing and launching APIs at scale.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to provide feedback through code reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
