Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and business alignment.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes, productivity, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support performance optimization and code quality assurance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in OneStream, Finance, and SmartCPM.
- Proficiency in OneStream and SmartCPM.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with financial-system and enterprise-application integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
