Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications in DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Create access workflows, provide user access, and customize DevOps tools for client needs.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting integrations with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in DevOps environments.
- Support internal and external customers, resolve tickets within defined turnaround times, follow escalation processes, and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience with DevOps pipeline automation, infrastructure management, coding or scripting, testing and deployment automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
