Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing functions.
- Design DevOps architecture and frameworks and select tools and platforms based on customer requirements.
- Manage infrastructure and application configuration across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Drive deployment pipelines from planning and coding through testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between applications, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Provide customer and internal support for DevOps tools and resolve escalations across multiple platforms.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions for critical incidents.
- Integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle to address cyber risk and data privacy.
- Provide knowledge transfer, share best practices, and build team capabilities.
- Forecast staffing needs, support hiring and onboarding, train direct reports, and manage performance and engagement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with OpenShift.
- Experience designing and managing DevOps architectures, deployment pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, and operational support.
- Experience leading teams and managing resourcing, performance, capability development, and employee engagement.
