Responsibilities
- Lead AML projects end to end, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain AML applications and related components.
- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database processes and SQL queries.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for batch processing, automation, and system operations.
- Analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues.
- Support deployments, production releases, incident resolution, performance tuning, risk identification, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong experience with AML projects or platforms, including proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering AML projects end to end.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Unix operating systems.
- Experience in banking or financial services, AML transaction monitoring, customer screening, financial crime compliance, platform integrations, batch processing, production support, performance optimization, mentoring, or technical team leadership is preferred.
