Base Salary
$262k - $354k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational velocity by identifying and advancing customer, business, and technology opportunities.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end to end, including horizontal architecture layers.
- Design and implement durable, scalable, secure software solutions for critical customer problems.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to influence end-to-end solutions.
- Guide the application of AI technologies to customer problems and user experiences or backend solutions.
- Design for high availability and optimal application performance while balancing short- and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate across architecture, product management, operations, and engineering to design, develop, test, and release features.
- Contribute to engineering standards, patterns, best practices, technology prototypes, patent proposals, and process improvements.
- Mentor engineers and communicate technical perspectives and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools applied to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, or Kotlin, or backend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Prior experience working in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, drive results across cross-functional teams, mentor others, and communicate effectively in complex technical environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams across time zones.
