Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop web, software, mobile applications, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
- Gather functional requirements, create technical specifications, and lead project and test planning.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor engineers, and lead a small team solving complex programming and design problems.
- Spend approximately 40–60% of the role on hands-on coding.
- Create technical documentation and presentations explaining architectural and design options.
- Resolve defects and bugs throughout QA, pre-production, production, and post-release phases.
- Collaborate with product management, QA/QE, product lines, and business units to deliver results.
- Design and ship AI features and agents that automate complex workflows and improve application intelligence.
- Set team vision, facilitate collaboration, and help attract, develop, and retain engineering talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, architecting, and developing high-impact web and software applications as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
- Strong backend experience building enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience building and integrating AI features and agents.
- Full-lifecycle software development experience with strong software architecture, test-driven development, clean-code, and operational-excellence practices.
- Experience serving as a technical go-to person and cross-functional leader.
- Strong business acumen, partnership skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent delivery, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
