Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the SLO of cloud infrastructure services under the guidance of senior SRE colleagues.
- Track budgets, identify variances, and report risk deviations to senior colleagues.
- Review IT security non-compliance issues and help resolve ad hoc problems.
- Deliver prescribed development and engineering outcomes using established systems and procedures.
- Design test procedures and standards using product specifications.
- Support customer needs, back-office operations, data management, change management, and knowledge management activities.
- Develop personal capabilities and coach others when required.
Requirements
- Work within established IT security, data management, risk management, budgeting, and change management systems and procedures.
- Analyze data and customer needs to identify answers and deliver prescribed products or outcomes.
- Interpret product specifications to create test procedures and standards.
- Ability to work under guidance and follow standardized protocols and established processes.
