Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end and integration test suites for complex systems.
- Develop test automation processes using AI and focus on microservices and publish-subscribe architectures.
- Collaborate with software development and Operations Engineering to enhance test infrastructure and support software delivery.
- Prioritize manual test cases for automation and translate stakeholder requirements into test plans and automated test cases.
- Integrate test suites into pipelines and report testing status and performance metrics.
- Apply testing-pyramid practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate testing priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback that improves code quality and testability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in testing practices and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing automated test suites for complex systems.
- Experience testing microservices and publish-subscribe architectures.
- Experience using AI to automate testing effectively and efficiently.
- Programming experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for infrastructure and environment management.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
