Base Salary
$83k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Execute manual and automated tests covering software functionality, performance, security, and data quality.
- Design and maintain data test cases, reconciliation checks, test data sets, and expected results.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, formats, transformations, and business-rule compliance across source and target systems.
- Document, track, and retest data defects using queries, evidence, expected and actual results, and reproducible conditions.
- Identify and deliver new test automation capabilities and scenarios.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Current and active TS/SCI clearance is required; a polygraph is preferred.
- At least five years of software testing experience with a record of delivering high-quality test results.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with scripting languages and environments such as Python and Linux, including command-line work and processing large data sets.
- Experience with REST API testing, including response validation and negative/error-path testing.
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD workflow processes.
- Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Linux/Red Hat, debugging across services and containers, microservices architectures, and automated integration testing.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
