Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy services and applications for automated employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and enhance Wolt’s custom-built automation engine and internally directed full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with IT functions and stakeholder groups to deliver automated solutions for day-to-day work.
- Prepare instructions and documentation for developed applications.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential employee needs.
- Support a high-quality employee experience in collaboration with other IT functions.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Python, Flask, FastAPI, React, Vue.js, Pytest, and PostgreSQL.
- Relevant software engineering and automation experience.
- Interest in automation trends and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Professional communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to take initiative, think quickly, and find practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
