Senior Fullstack Developer – .NET Core / Angular / React

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and React.
- Build digital solutions that automate HR, Purchasing, and Engineering processes, including agentic AI use cases.
- Contribute to architecture and technology decisions across backend, frontend, and data layers.
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, and data solutions using PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Support cloud-native deployment and operation using Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.
- Explore and integrate AI-enhanced development tools and automation solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into digital solutions.
- Own the software lifecycle from development and deployment through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in fullstack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C# for backend services and API development.
- Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and/or React and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including database design, SQL, and query optimization.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication and authorization, and modern software architecture principles.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, ownership, and ability to influence technical decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include MongoDB or other NoSQL experience, Entity Framework Core, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, AI-assisted development, agentic AI solutions, software operations, mentoring, UX/UI, technical leadership, and German language skills.
