Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and Generative AI-powered applications.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering workflows, and LLM integrations.
- Develop scalable Python backend services and RESTful APIs for AI-driven systems.
- Create and maintain Python libraries and integrate third-party services, UI components, and APIs.
- Deploy AI services using Docker and support cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, engineering teams, business teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models and services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK or Copilot Studio, or agent-development tools such as CrewAI or AutoGen.
- Hands-on knowledge of configuring prompts, instructions, tools, reasoning, guardrails, and related AI-agent concepts.
- Strong experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, tokenization, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Python libraries and using LangChain, Hugging Face, the OpenAI API, or local models.
- Very strong experience developing RESTful APIs in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI and integrating third-party services, UI components, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker-based deployments and GitHub for code repositories and version control.
- Understanding of microservices design principles and cloud-computing basics.
- Strong communication and articulation skills.
- Experience with the end-to-end AI or Generative AI project lifecycle is preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and production-grade AI systems is preferred.
- Ability to optimize AI model and service performance, scalability, and reliability is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams and adapt to evolving AI tools, frameworks, and standards is preferred.
