Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows, agents, orchestration layers, and reliable infrastructure.
- Drive significant and ambiguous system areas from rough ideas to working capabilities.
- Scale initial workflows into systems used across the marketing organization.
- Improve evaluation, quality, and reliability so AI systems perform effectively at scale.
- Work directly with marketing users and translate their needs into AI systems.
Requirements
- Substantial software engineering experience with a record of building and shipping complex systems.
- Required hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems, including agent workflows, prompts, context handling, and failure modes.
- Strong product instincts and comfort defining ambiguous problems and deciding what to build.
- Ability to work independently on a small, flat, fast-moving team.
- Clear communication skills with non-technical marketing partners.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph or similar agentic-system orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience with evaluation frameworks, RAG, or knowledge bases at scale.
- Familiarity with marketing or genuine interest in the domain is preferred.
- Preferred experience taking systems from early prototypes to broad organizational adoption.
