Responsibilities
- Design and build agents, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and reliable production infrastructure.
- Drive significant ambiguous areas from rough concept to working capability.
- Scale AI workflows from an initial implementation to adoption across the marketing organization.
- Improve system evaluation, quality, and reliability.
- Work with marketing users and translate their needs into software systems.
Requirements
- Substantial software engineering experience building and shipping complex systems.
- Required hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems, including agent workflows, prompts, context handling, and failure-mode management.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to define problems in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work independently on a small, flat, fast-moving team.
- Clear communication with non-technical marketing partners.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience with evaluation frameworks, RAG, or knowledge bases at scale.
- Marketing-domain familiarity or genuine interest is preferred.
- Preferred experience taking systems from prototype to broad organizational adoption.
