Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows, agents, orchestration layers, and reliable production infrastructure.
- Drive significant ambiguous areas from initial concept to working capabilities.
- Scale AI workflows from early implementations to adoption across the marketing organization.
- Improve system evaluation, quality, and reliability.
- Work with marketing users and translate their needs into AI systems.
Requirements
- Substantial software engineering experience and a track record of building and shipping complex systems.
- Required hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems, including agent workflows, prompts, context, and failure-mode handling.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to define problems in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work independently on a small, flat, fast-moving team.
- Clear communication with non-technical marketing partners.
- Preferred experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, evaluation frameworks, RAG, or large-scale knowledge bases.
- Marketing-domain familiarity or interest and experience taking systems from prototype to broad organizational adoption are preferred.
