Responsibilities
- Build and rapidly iterate on AI-native products and features based on user feedback.
- Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies to create user-centered experiences.
- Lead and participate in architectural decisions as new product lines scale.
- Own features from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with product and design to shape user workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Drive engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and best practices for AI-powered product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full-stack applications end to end.
- Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating LLMs or other AI technologies, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring using GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend performance optimization and scalability.
- Strong communication, teamwork, empathy, and a customer-focused product mindset.
- Preferred experience building LLM flows, writing evaluations, working with vector embeddings and RAG architectures, and participating in product discovery or rapid prototyping.
