Responsibilities
- Build monday.com’s Agentic SDLC using AI and autonomous agents to automate, stabilize, and improve software delivery.
- Drive autonomy across the release cycle while protecting the end-user experience.
- Own the Agentic SDLC ecosystem from pull request through production.
- Build full-stack AI workflows and autonomous agents that improve engineering efficiency and output quality.
- Plan system architecture and collaborate across R&D on high-impact agentic projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong technical skills building full-stack applications end to end.
- Experience using AI to build workflows and autonomous agents for efficiency and high-quality outputs.
- Experience building modern backend and frontend applications and managing full application release cycles at scale.
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment.
- Strong coding, technical, communication, collaboration, self-learning, and ownership skills.
- DevOps experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is an advantage.
