Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Atlassian products including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira.
- Design and implement automated deployment and integration pipelines.
- Maintain and improve system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and security teams to streamline workflows and DevOps practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS services, and other external tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, natural science, mathematics, business, or equivalent IT work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating Atlassian tools with DevOps and ITSM tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- SAFe experience and German language knowledge are advantageous.
