Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance electronic trading and algorithmic execution capabilities for automated pricing, hedging, and trading workflows.
  • Design and deliver low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems for global production use.
  • Develop in core Java with emphasis on multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
  • Work with FIX and SBE market connectivity and messaging standards.
  • Own and improve mission-critical production systems, including operational stability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with traders and quantitative analysts on solution design and architecture.
  • Perform design, development, testing, and implementation of trading-system capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven relevant experience with front-office trading systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in algorithmic execution and/or electronic trading.
  • Strong expertise in core Java, including multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
  • Deep experience building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
  • Practical knowledge of FIX and SBE protocols.
  • Proven ownership of mission-critical production systems in global environments.
  • Preferred: experience with fixed income and/or foreign exchange trading workflows.
  • Preferred: strong testing discipline covering unit and integration testing, with a Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development mindset.
