Responsibilities
- Design Atlassian solutions addressing clients’ business and technical needs.
- Lead requirements, scoping, analysis, and target-architecture workshops.
- Support project teams in implementing and evolving Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms.
- Lead transformation and migration projects to Atlassian Cloud while ensuring deliverable quality.
- Contribute to business development through pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and responses to calls for tender.
- Share Atlassian expertise and mentor consultants within the team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering-school qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience with Atlassian solutions and prior experience as a technical reference, senior consultant, or Tech Lead.
- Strong knowledge of multiple Atlassian solutions, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Cloud, Assets, or Jira Product Discovery.
- Technical consulting, collaborative leadership, and client- and team-development capabilities.
- Professional English suitable for an international environment.
- Preferred experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy, JQL, REST APIs, information-system integrations, Git, CI/CD, and Marketplace applications such as Tempo, Xray, Appfire, and BigPicture.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or DevOps is appreciated.
