Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow ITSM implementation and evolution projects.
  • Design and configure Incident, Change, Problem, and Request processes.
  • Lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements.
  • Implement integrations and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Coordinate testing, acceptance, and production deployments.
  • Advise clients and support ITIL process transformation.

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration.
  • Experience in technical leadership and team supervision.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and service-oriented skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-ITSM are preferred.
