Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow ITSM implementation and evolution projects.
- Design and configure Incident, Change, Problem, and Request processes.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements.
- Implement integrations and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Coordinate testing, acceptance, and production deployments.
- Advise clients and support ITIL process transformation.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration.
- Experience in technical leadership and team supervision.
- Ability to gather business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and service-oriented skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-ITSM are preferred.
