Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for satellite communication services.
- Integrate OSS/BSS systems with mobile communication technologies and networks.
- Design systems for network management, service provisioning, service assurance, billing, order management, and revenue management.
- Architect cloud and edge computing solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP to support low latency, high availability, and scalability.
- Ensure secure communication system design, including data encryption, secure transmission, GDPR compliance, and telecom regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate legacy systems and identify software, hardware, services, and products that can improve business operations.
- Align enterprise architecture and technical strategies with business goals while monitoring relevant technology trends and the eTOM and TMF landscapes.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in solution architecture focused on satellite or mobile communication systems.
- Strong understanding of mobile communication technologies, satellite systems, and their integration.
- Proven experience with OSS/BSS systems, including service provisioning, service assurance, and network management.
- Strong expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Extensive billing systems experience, including real-time charging, postpaid and prepaid models, and revenue management.
- Experience designing order management systems and integrating them with provisioning systems.
- Experience with cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development, and enterprise solutions.
- Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and the ability to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Experience in the media domain within a B2B environment and collaboration with offshore delivery teams.
