Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support UiPath automations.
- Build Agentic AI-based automations using UiPath Agentic Automation.
- Translate technical specifications into code and integrate third-party products.
- Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with business SMEs and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Deliver production-grade automation solutions across multiple business functions.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections and perform systems analysis activities.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed UK and India teams.
- Participate in automation strategy discussions and provide transition and knowledge-transfer support.
- Comply with Information Technology and Information Security policies and verify deliverables meet requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing UiPath automations.
- 1–3 years of experience building Agentic AI solutions within the finance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, such as a B.E. or B.Tech, or a bachelor’s in computer applications such as a BCA.
- Hands-on commercial UiPath Development experience and mandatory UiPath Agentic Automation experience.
- Experience with end-to-end automation development, process discovery, automation solution design, and production-grade delivery.
- Familiarity with API development, integration, third-party software integration, and GitHub.
- Exposure to Power Automate and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, business analysis, requirements-gathering, and discovery workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to interact with business SMEs and senior stakeholders and work with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude Code, Seismic, AI-powered automation platforms, Generative AI solutions, or Python is preferred.
