Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents for prospecting, account research, and call-transcript intelligence.
- Develop governed prompt libraries and reusable AI components for commercial use.
- Design and implement automations for seller and SDR workflows.
- Write AI outputs back into Salesforce CRM objects so insights are actionable and trackable.
- Implement responsible AI controls for data handling, retention, PII, output auditing, and approved use.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, IT, and Operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain deployed agents using usage analytics and seller feedback.
- Document AI components, prompt templates, and governance policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- 4–7 years of experience with Salesforce development and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Copilot Studio for agent development.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, APIs, and AI/ML integration patterns.
- Experience with data modeling for AI input and output requirements.
- Understanding of commercial and GTM workflows, including shipping production tools rather than conducting pure AI research.
- Ability to implement responsible AI guardrails, including PII handling, output auditing, and retention policies.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, IT, and Operations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with SDR/AE workflows, sales enablement, or revenue operations is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer or AI Specialist certification is preferred.
