Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Generative AI solutions using Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
- Develop AI agents with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, and AutoGen to automate business processes.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, and monitor AI and ML models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Design and deploy ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and NLP use cases.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Establish AI guardrails, security controls, governance practices, and responsible AI processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to architect scalable production-ready AI applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, Agile delivery, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI assistants, chatbots, intelligent agents, LLM fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation.
- Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI APIs from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, MLOps, model deployment, model selection and evaluation, and performance and cost optimization.
- Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, AI guardrails, and AI security.
- Strong Python-based AI application development and automation skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
