Responsibilities
- Lead API solution design for customer implementations and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant architectures.
- Create Implementation Design Documents covering system architecture, API flows, data mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, and customer liaison support throughout implementation projects.
- Coordinate system testing, UAT, go-live cutover and validation, post-deployment checks, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Technical Support, Sales, Project Managers, and Customer Success to resolve blockers and improve solutions.
- Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, deliverables, status meetings, technical kickoffs, test plans, and training inputs.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, reusable solution patterns, and pre-sales feasibility assessments.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations, technical implementations, software or SaaS delivery, or supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology integrations.
- Experience with API and delivery tools such as Postman, Observe, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment while balancing multiple customers, priorities, and timelines.
- Experience integrating with or supporting TMS and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and on-site activities.
